Hello, my dear friend.

I almost didn’t create a LoveGram for you today.

Not because I don’t love you, but simply because this week has been such a jarring and heartbreaking time here in the United States.

And also, because I didn’t quite know how — or if — to address everything.

But then, like I always do, I simply turned on the recorder and started to talk. I let you be my dear listener. I gave myself permission to flounder.

I allowed the unraveling.

I highly recommend this if you are feeling jumbled, angry, sad, disheartened, grieving, fearful, or any other hard-to-handle emotion.

It’s a great way to be compassionate with ourselves.

And a great way to sort out how we feel.

I have the feeling that my process today, rather than the content of my words, is what is most important to communicate to you.

Reaching out. Allowing myself to not know. Permission to ramble.

Accepting the tumble and toss of emotions.

Today’s LoveGram is posted on this page.

(Scroll down on that page. Click play to listen.)

I hope there is something that serves you.

I hope my process encourages you to go easy on yourself and give yourself space to untangle whatever complicated emotions might be at play for you in your own life.

I hope that simply giving yourself this space is helpful.

It is my mission in life to support you (and me!!) in living lives that feel alive, vibrant, and filled with love, no matter what is going on around us.

You’ve been by my side this whole pandemic.  You’ve helped me to feel connected and to sort through the myriad emotions and fears.

Never forget that showing up for one another is the biggest gift we can give.

And never forget that you can show up exactly as you are. That’s the biggest gift.

Thanks for being by my side.

I’m here for you, too.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry
