Today’s audio started with the sound of a siren just as I was about to record. It’s an apt metaphor for this time of so much loss, fear, anger, and distress.
But of course that’s not all that exists. That’s not all that lives within and around us.
It never is.
I’ve been practicing what saved me 30 years ago and what has saved me ever since — living in tiny slices of time and finding some light for myself and to share with others.
It never fails me.
