I’m glad you are here.

Today I send you the smell of eucalyptus, a whole forest of trees.

I send you the sound of your best friend’s voice, warm and sure.

I send you the way it feels to curl up in bed after you’ve just put on clean, fresh sheets that make you feel like a kid who is safe at home where you belong.

I appreciate you! You inspire me. You lift my spirits.

In today’s audio LoveGram I talk about asking for help.

Yep, again.

I know we’ve gone there before many times. Yet, I also know that despite everything, some of us still hesitate to ask for help.

We feel like we are a burden. We don’t want to bother anyone. We don’t want to add to their list of things to do.

And yet, if you close your eyes and think about it, don’t you know in your bones that it feels really good to be asked for help?

Doesn’t it give you a sense of being able to be strong for someone? To show your love? To feel that lovely generosity in motion?

Earlier this week, my friend and beautiful poet, Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer, co-hosted a Secret Agents of Change” mission with me. We called it Operation Inverse. Instead of offering joy and love, we invited our Secret Agents to ask for help.

In today’s audio, I share with YOU the essence of this mission. I invite you to join inβ€”officially or not!

I’m grateful to YOU for being here.

You HELP me by being here. I hope I help you, too.

Seek celebration β€” even in dark corners,

πŸ’– P.S. Here is the link to join the mailing list for our Secret Agents of Change if the idea appeals to you. We meet about four times a year and the community is so warm and compassionate. Here’s the Facebook group, too.

πŸ’– P.P.S. Never forget that asking for help is an offering of LOVE.
