Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
I am so grateful that you are here with me, week after week.
I love that we are here through all the ups and downs of being human.
It means so much to me that we get to share in conversation together. I always feel connected to you on Sundays. Thank you for that.

Today, I send you another orange dragonfly, this time with a friend who flies by her side.
I send you the sound of a train in the distance and maybe a coyote, too.
I send you a warm breeze on a hot, hot day.

Today’s LoveGram is about sitting quietly and waiting for magic to appear. It is about listening to something whispering our name. It is about following effortlessly rather than forcing.
In the audio, you will hear the wind chimes and a poem and some mangled quotes I tried my best to remember. (It was Walt Whitman who said, “I contain multitudes!” And the title of the Hidden Brain episode is “Waking Up Your Spiritual Brain.”)
Today, we are thinking about receiving, rather than grasping.
Maybe we don’t always have to know what to do next or where we’re going.
Maybe sometimes life asks us simply to notice what has a little shine of light around it. What makes us pause or turn our head. What brings the tiniest spark of curiosity.
I hope you will listen in. And as you do, consider what might be trying to call to YOU.
Click here to listen. Scroll down to the purple box at the bottom of the page.

I appreciate you and am grateful for who you are and how you show up for your life and for the people you love.
Just for today, instead of grasping, what if we listen for one small thing calling our name? And what if we simply take one step toward it?
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
xo Sherry
💝 P.S. The poem I quote from today is Mary Oliver’s “Such Silence.” There is a new documentary out about her called “Mary Oliver: Saved by the Beauty of the World.” It was playing at our local arthouse theater. If it comes to your town, I encourage you to go!
💝 P.P.S. We can let ourselves feel the hard stuff. We can also support ourselves, too. Here’s a link to sign up to receive notifications about times that fellow coach Shawn Buttner and I talk about “The Hard Stuff is Okay.” (Note: we are meeting on Monday, the 17th, at 3pm PDT)
💝 P.P.P.S. Don’t forget, as Ram Dass says, “We are all just walking each other home.” You are not alone. I’m glad you are here with me.
