Today I send you some lemon tea with a dollop of pure maple syrup.

I send you a ruby-throated hummingbird, who hovers outside your window as if to say “Hello. All is well!”

I send you the sound of bagpipes just down the road as you walk along a beautiful harbor.

Welcome to your Sunday audio LoveGram. As always, I am glad and grateful to be here with you.

Thank you for making the time to share life with me!

Today’s audio LoveGram is a continuation of the recent Leap Day/Leap Year celebrations. We take a dive (or leap!?) further down deep into the theme I began two weeks ago on Leap Day.

(If you missed that Leap Day email, here it is on the blog. Or, here’s my Leap Day video!

It is two weeks later and I’m still delighted by the permission slip that Leap Day offers us to recalibrate.

We all deserve to give ourselves so much more grace and so much more space than ever before to reset, restart, and course correct.

To hear more on this topic, listen to today’s audio LoveGram. Click on the link, then scroll down on the page it sends you to, you’ll see the audio player.

Today, I walk you through some of the journaling questions I posed during the free “What Makes Your Heart Leap” coaching call I hosted this past Thursday.

I hope you will do what feels best in the moment. You can lie down somewhere with a comfy quilt and simply listen as I share the questions. Or, you can sit someplace cozy and journal.

No pressure. Just relax. This is a JUMPING off point for spaciousness, forgiveness, permission, reset, and restart.

If you joined me on Thursday, I LOVED seeing you and sharing these questions with you. And I encourage you to listen with fresh ears and open heart. It can be so helpful to re-listen to things we’ve heard and see if new thoughts drop in. Or, sometimes it reinforces our learning and we connect more deeply with something that wants to be heard.

For everyone: Pay attention: has this arisen before? That’s a clue! Does something new arise? That’s a clue, too!

My friend, I see your sweet heart.

I respect your beautiful mind.

I know you want to give yourself space and grace β€” and not hang on to hard feelings or regrets about anything in your life.

You are doing the best you can.

Be extra kind.

Just remember: If the Gregorian calendar creator can say “oopsie” and course correct every four years with something that impacts billions of people, surely YOU can give yourself a break, too! Right?

Get cozy and jump off into a space of listening to yourself! I bet there is a lot of wisdom waiting to whisper!

Seek celebration β€” even in dark corners,

xo Sherry
