Hello beautiful friend,
Thank you for being with me and walking side by side on this journey.
I met a wonderful woman named Nadine earlier this week who proclaimed “People are brave. It takes courage to get up every day and face the world. Everyone is a hero.”
It is true, isn’t it? While our world can be so beautiful and joyful, it also serves up a lot of challenges and grief.

In today’s audio LoveGram I share with you a story of a crazy sudden snowstorm in Portland, OR and the adventures I shared with a friend of mine, Erin.
Erin repeatedly said, with a smile on her face, “We can do hard things.”
We can. And we do. My friend and me.
And you, too.

I’m pretty worn out from my travels. (As you will hear on the audio!) Thus, I’ll keep the text super short today.
But please know that within all the blank spaces on this page, I’ve hidden some extra love and encouragement for YOU.
***
I see your generous heart.
I know you want to be as loving as possible for people in your life.
I know you are doing the best you can.
Things might be challenging for you. If so …
Just. Keep. Going.
You can do hard things.
And, if you are in the flow and feel ease, please look around to see if someone around you needs some encouragement. Ask if you can support them.
And remind them that they, too, can do hard things — especially when holding hands with someone they love.
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
