I created an audio recording for us all as a tiny antidote to so much fear, hatred, and violence in the world. Sometimes it can seem so overwhelming. But we can stand together. We can find solace in community + light.
There is a beautiful poem included in the audio. Something by Rosemerry Trommer which speaks deeply to me.
