I posted an article earlier this week about using the “vitality-meter” to help me get rid of things.
Today I opened the paper and read about Andy Warhol’s 610 containers of fascinating “junk” — including some old nutbread from his cousin, “oozing, decades-old soup cans,” and a human foot. Hmmm … I guess if you’re famous it’s a good idea to save absolutely everything! Seems like it is providing lots of fun for lots of folks. (Including me! I used to save old candy bar wrappers when I was little and now I feel vindicated!)
Note: Nutbread cap pictured above is by zazzle.com and NOT part of the Warhol archives. (At least as far as I know.)
