Sunday Audio LoveGram: December 27, 2020

Hello, my dear friend.

As we look to the end of 2020, I want you to feel grateful to yourself for who you have been, for how you have loved, for the ways that you have brought comfort and love to people around you.

This is a time for forgiveness for any of the ways you may have let yourself down. It’s okay. You are human. You did your best.

This is the time to think of the small ways in which we keep our spirits alive.

This is the time to appreciate the bare bones of our lives. The simple joys. The complicated loves. The colors of “ordinary” life, which we often take for granted.

Today I’m celebrating you for being brave. I’m celebrating you for every act of kindness. I’m celebrating you for all the ways you lived more fully into yourself this year.

In today’s audio Love Gram (see below) I share a poem, some bubbles, a sunset, and deepest appreciation we close out 2020 and head into 2021.

I hope you will take the time to listen.

I hope you will rest, relax, offer yourself some ease and peace.

It is my mission in life to support you (and me!!) in living lives that feel alive, vibrant, and filled with love, no matter what is going on around us.

Love is a practice.

Joy is a practice.

Forgiveness is a practice.

Being brave and alive and full of wonder is a practice.

You’ve been by my side this whole pandemic? Thank you. Pause here and think about what a gift you’ve been to me, to others in your life, to yourself.

Never forget that showing up for one another is the biggest gift we can give.

Thanks for being by my side.

I’m here for you, too.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry
