Today I send you a refreshing glass of blue kombucha.
I send you the tiny yellow blooms on the acacia tree.
I send you your neighbor’s cheery wave as he shovels snow in his blue knit hat.
Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram. I’m so glad you are here with me. And I am glad I am here with you, too!

Today’s audio LoveGram looks at how we peek around in the corners of our lives, or from different angles, to discover the “good life” that might be hiding in plain sight.
Sometimes, especially when the world around us feels scary or dark, it can be challenging to experience what is good.
We might mistakenly think it isn’t there.
But it is.
In today’s audio, I share a poem that helps us look ways to reinvent things or experiences that may typically be seen as ugly or bad.
Listen to also hear one of my favorite practices for letting go of regret, and finding the love for where we stand.
Let’s love the life we have. Not the life we had hoped we would have, or expected to have, or thought we should have had.

Thanks for being here with me.
I appreciate you and am grateful for your kind, sweet heart.
As Ram Dass said, and as I like to repeat: We are all just walking each other home.
I’m here with you. YOU MATTER.
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
