Hello Delightful You,

I’m sending hugs and love your way today.

And, I’ve got a new gift idea for you, too. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate yourself — or someone you love!

This gift is inspired by my rainbow, ray-of-sunshine coaching client, Michelle.

💥💓💥

In a recent coaching call, I asked the group to describe themselves by using a metaphor. It was a fun exercise!

Michelle said she felt like rays of sunshine.

A day or so later, I received a selfie that Michelle had taken. The sun was behind her and created a gorgeous colorful effect. We both exclaimed about how this photo was her metaphor, brought to life!

I remembered that some folks I know had turned photos into “paintings” by sending them to photo printing companies and asking them to print the images on canvas.

Michelle then got the idea to use AI and ask if it could turn her lovely photo into a watercolor painting.

She encouraged me to pass along this suggestion: “You can put in as many prompts as you like until the painting appears exactly as you would like.” (For example, Michelle had AirPods removed from the original photo when it turned into a painting.)

From there — voila! — she sent it away and received the most amazing canvas painting of her most beautiful self!

It’s a wonderful just-for-you gift you could treat yourself to.

You could also have this “beautiful you” gift made for a BFF or close family member. Just ask them for their favorite photo to start the process! Follow Michelle’s steps from there for an amazing and uplifting gift!

💥💓💥

Consider making this uplifting gift for yourself or someone you love.

Be the kind of person who doesn’t wait for a special occasion to share encouragement and love.

Reach out today and brighten someone’s world.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry

✨ P.S. Thank you, Michelle! You are marvelous!

✨ P.P.S. Michelle also shared this beautiful poem with our Olly Olly Oxen Free Group. She sent it to me so I could share it with YOU! It helps us see and appreciate our inner beauty!

The Most Important Thing

I am making a home inside myself. A shelter
of kindness where everything
is forgiven, everything allowed—a quiet patch
of sunlight to stretch out without hurry,
where all that has been banished
and buried is welcomed, spoken, listened to—released.

A fiercely friendly place I can claim as my very own.

I am throwing arms open
to the whole of myself—especially the fearful,
fault-finding, falling apart, unfinished parts, knowing
every seed and weed, every drop
of rain, has made the soil richer.

I will light a candle, pour a hot cup of tea, gather
around the warmth of my own blazing fire. I will howl
if I want to, knowing this flame can burn through
any perceived problem, any prescribed
perfectionism,
any lying limitation, every heavy thing.

I am making a home inside myself
where grace blooms in grand and glorious
abundance, a shelter of kindness that grows
all the truest things.

I whisper hallelujah to the friendly
sky. Watch now as I burst into blossom.
