I’m sending you the first sip of morning coffee on a cold winter’s day.

I sent you the tingle of wind chimes, like the one’s on my mom’s back porch.

I send you a cheerful greeting card from a friend who lives far away, but whose heart is close.

Welcome to your Sunday audio LoveGram!

💥💓💥

If you listened to last week’s LoveGram, Celebrate Friendship, you might remember that I shared the story of a birthday gathering in NYC. My dear friend Rachel (41 years of friendship!) gathered a couple dozen friends/family and it was so meaningful.

Then, the other day, I sent out a Celebration Moment that was related, Go the Extra Mile. I gave you a little step-by-step of what that looks like in a very simply way.

Well, guess what? I’m still thinking about this very-important topic! And you know why? Because in the rush and clamor of daily life, we can forget what is most important to us. We can get lost in the minutiae of the moments and forget the big picture.

As Emily Dickinson said, “Our friends are our estate.” However, we can forget that.

💥💓💥

Today’s audio LoveGram is a continued conversation because it has been very much alive in me all week long.

In fact, I had a funny dream that was a nudge for me to remember.

Please don’t forget that sometimes we need to stay in a conversation for days (or weeks! Or months!) on end in order to anchor in the learnings.

We humans love novelty, and yet sometimes the only way to go deep is to keep digging in the same spot. There are diamonds down below the surface!

To hear more on this topic, listen to today’s audio LoveGram. Click on the link, then scroll down on the page it sends you to, you’ll see the audio player.

I hope that after listening to this today you might be intentional about going the extra mile for a friend of yours.

Friendship is a practice. Love is a practice.

People need one another more than we know sometimes!

Let’s be the ones who remind others! Let’s be the ones to reach out with surprise joy!

Thank you for being here with me and for spending time every week thinking about topics that are really meaningful and that align with our values.

I know you are here because you are practicing to LIVE what matters.

We get to do this together!

You help me by being across the virtual table from me every week. I hope I help you, too.

I’m GRATEFUL for you.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
