Welcome to your Sunday Audio LoveGram.

Today I send you a love letter you mail to yourself.

I send you clean sheets that smell like lilac, which you luxuriate in when you crawl into bed, exhausted.

I send you a song on the radio, one that you love from long ago, which you hear unexpectedly, and it brings a smile to your face.

My audio LoveGram this week is about caring for and supporting our future selves. That means, thinking about yourself in advance — whether it is for later today, tomorrow, next week, or next year!

There are a lot of things we can do in order to ensure that our future selves have a peaceful, healthy life.

The question is, are we doing what we can today, so that our tomorrow self feels loved?

💥💓💥

Today’s audio is actually a repeat from a year ago. Here’s why: I came into my studio this morning to record the LoveGram and out of nowhere the idea dropped in that maybe I wanted to listen to a previous LoveGram.

This was unusual because I rarely ever have had the thought to re-listen to my audios from the past.

However, I always try to heed my intuition. So, I randomly chose a recording to listen to.

As you might guess, the audio I just happened to listen to is one that resonated greatly with me this morning!

When that happens, it feels so magical!

💥💓💥

Just yesterday, I had made a list for myself of “things I can do to take care of myself this fall.”

Then, voila, the LoveGram I randomly chose is all about how to care for our future selves!

💥💓💥

I was so tickled at listening to this that I decided to link to it today and share it with you. If it was something that I needed to hear again, maybe you do, too!

Maybe while you are listening, try to think about how YOU can support your future self, especially if there might be bumpy roads ahead.

What things can you put into motion now or put on the calendar now that will help future you navigate something hard, challenging, or even just complicated?

💥💓💥

Let’s be our own best friends, shall we?

Of course, we are also always together, too!

Please know how much you matter. I am grateful for you and glad we are walking each other home!

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry

💖 P.S. Right when I was writing this letter to you, an email popped up in my in-box, “How to Be Your Own Best Friend.” I love the synchronicity! In today’s audio I am really talking about befriending our future self and letting her know we see her, love her, and support her.
