Welcome to your Audio LoveGram.

Today I send you tiny raindrops, clinging to blades of grass.

I send you the sound of meow.

I send you a thick, cotton blanket for the cool evening on the porch.

Mostly, I am sending you gratitude for being on the other side of the table from me today.

And — I am sending you permission to feel whatever you are feeling — whether it is buoyant joy or heavy-hearted sadness.

We are human beings who experience a whole range of emotions. Part of learning to celebrate more is learning to bring everything into the world of celebration.

A friend of mine reminded me about the movie, “Inside Out,” yesterday. Do you know that animated film about the emotions? I don’t want to spoil it, but sadness plays an important and necessary role!

Today’s audio LoveGram invites us to explore how we take care of ourselves when we are feeling melancholy or blue. (Or maybe gray.)

There is a Dr. Seuss book called, “My Many Colored Days,” and one of the pages exclaims, “Gray Day. Everything is Gray. I watch but nothing moves today.”

I was trying to quote that in my audio but couldn’t remember the exact words. Of course, it came to me immediately after the recording!

How are YOU with feeling blue — gray?

In my audio, I invite you to hit reply to this email and share a tiny story of how you support yourself through those heavy-hearted moments of your life.

No matter how you are feeling or what color your day is, I offer you a reminder to give yourself permission to BE THAT.

Also, be brave and share who you are and how you feel with the people in your life. The more we role model acceptance of ourselves, the more we give others that same invitation.

I see you! I appreciate your sweet heart and your willingness to love people and life in so many ways!

I appreciate all the many colors of you!

Please know how much you matter.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
