Hello, friend.
Greetings to you on a Sunday morning right before Thanksgiving.
I’m sending you the beauty of the big ole, rusty-gold, pointy leaf I saw on the sidewalk yesterday.
I’m sending you the resilience of my hibiscus plant, choosing to bloom even in the chilly weather.
I’m sending you that poignant feeling we get when we listen to a song from our past — the way we can be transported instantly to that moment, shoulder pads, curly perm, and all.
Ever since March, I’ve been creating these Audio LoveGrams as a way to support us all during this pandemic. Along the way, there have been so many challenges. This week, here in the U.S., it is Thanksgiving, and I’m exploring how we show up for people we love, even during difficult times.
Today’s LoveGram is posted here.
Scroll down on that page to find the audio.
We’re all just walking each other home. And along the way, we can do our best to remember that we can show up for the people we love — even when we are struggling to connect or when someone is going through something so unimaginable we don’t know what to do.
Thanks for being by my side. I’m here for you, too.
I send you virtual hugs of big Thanksgiving love!
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
xo Sherry
