Hello Delightful You!
Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
Thank you for being here with me.
You inspire me to show up each week. You encourage me to keep looking for and talking about ways that we can love better and show up for what matters.
I love that we are here through all the ups and downs of being human.
Thank you.

Today’s LoveGram sprung forth after something that happened for me on Friday. I got so inspired that I recorded today’s LoveGram for that afternoon.
I met a friend, Jennie, for tea. She’s a rather new friend, someone I’m getting to know. I was looking forward to seeing her and having a lovely afternoon chat.
Almost at the very start of the conversation, she asked me about a piece of jewelry I was wearing.
I burst into tears.
The necklace I was wearing reminds me of someone I dearly miss. I wear it to feel close to this person. I wasn’t expecting all the feelings that were just there, hanging by that chain, to demand time at the table.
But they did.
Today’s audio is the story of how generously I was received by my new friend. How big her heart is. How she opened to β and welcomed β the “me” that showed up at the table.
It is also about a podcast I happened to listen to on the train, a little later. “All There Is” by Anderson Cooper explores various stories of grief and loss. This episode, with Sara Bareilles, spoke to the courage it takes for us to talk about our loss and grief and also to receive someone’s else’s.
In today’s audio LoveGram, we explore this a little more. This is a really important conversation. I hope you will listen in!

I appreciate you and am grateful for who you are and how you show up for your life and for the people you love.
After you listen to today’s LoveGram, Notice where you might let yourself be seenβ even just a little more than usual.
We donβt have to carry everything alone.
Seek celebration β even in dark corners,
xo Sherry
