Welcome to your audio LoveGram for the week.
Today I want to continue the conversation from an email I sent you on Thursday about what a gift it is to invite people to play a little — if you missed it, here’s “Getup + Go!”
Today’s audio LoveGram is about how we can box ourselves in or be boxed in or feel boxed in by certain identities or ways of being.
It is about the energy and vitality that can happen when we stick our arm or leg outta that box and try something new or allow ourselves to play at being someone new.
When I was recording to you, I played some music from a very frivolous video that popped up outta nowhere. I got to see that something can look light and silly — but they actually have a deeper meaning!

I want to thank you so much for being on the other side of the conversation with me. I really feel your spirit here. I hope you feel mine, too.
At the risk of sounding oh-so-Northern-Californian, I want to say that I think people can connect without actually being in person. We are energetic creatures, right?
It makes sense to me that when I am recording these Sunday messages that you really are a part of it.
We are connected by our kindred values and by our love of finding meaning in life.
We are connected because we care about our lives and the people we love. We want to celebrate it — all of it … even the hard stuff. Even the sad stuff.
I see you. I want you to know that YOU MATTER.
Thanks for being here with me!
Be good to yourself and those around you, okay?
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
