Hello to you — a blessing in my life.
Today I send you that feeling when you dream of discovering a new room in your house that you never knew was there.
I send you a heavy oak door, cracked open just enough for the sun to pour in from an unseen window.
I send you kintsugi, something broken and mended with gold.

My dear friend, I know that the past two years have been filled with grief, loss, loneliness, anger, and disappointment. I know the world can sometimes feel cruel or uncaring.
I know sometimes it all feels flat.
But, we can push through. We can create tiny moments of meaning for ourselves and others.
It’s possible. And, it doesn’t have to take a lot of time or energy.
We can make the choice to create more touchpoints of goodness in our lives.
I believe this is one of the paths that will save us from feeling lonely, isolated, exhausted, and disappointed.
I believe this is the way we will help save others.
Moment by sweet moment.

Welcome to your weekly audio LoveGram.
In today’s LoveGram, I continue our recent conversations about expanding the container of love in our lives.
About touchpoints, connection, and reaching out. About finding more zest and meaning by opening up to people we meet on the sidewalk or in stores.
Today in my audio, you get to meet Imee and Staci, two people who care about relationships and making meaning.
I’ve included tiny snippets of conversations from the last week about how we connect with one another more.

Today’s audio is a little longer than usual. I had a lot to say! This topic is truly important for our well-being, for healing.
See if you can find time to take a walk and listen. Or, lie on the coach and listen. Or maybe grab the broom, put on your headphones or AirPods, and sweep the patio.
If it is warm outside and you have a yard, maybe lie down in the grass to listen?
While you are listening, please ask yourself whether you have closed some doors over the past couple years. Have you built walls around yourself?
Is it time to open your heart a little, like that oak door, to let in a slant of sunlight?
Is it time to reconnect with people in a new way? One that brings a rush of energy and good feelings?

We are almost halfway through 2022. Could this year end with you feeling more love and connection?

Listen, friend — I see you.
I see your generous heart.
I see the ways you care and how you offer love.
The world needs this.
We need YOU.
So many people are hurt and suffering. Can you be someone’s pinprick of light today?
Please, open the door to love.
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
