Hey there, beautiful friend!
Today I send you the sound of the waves lapping against the shore.
I send you the happy cormorant, content with his catch of the day.
I send you a long conversation with a friend you love, maybe in a pretty place and a pink sunset backdrop.

Welcome to your Sunday audio LoveGram.
Today, I’ve got a special guest— my friend, Tricia!
You’ve met her a few times before and on today’s audio, she and I are exploring the paradox of “not enough” and “not worthy.”
It seems like a lot of us have some version of recurring waves of self-talk that tries to convince us there’s something wrong with us or we need to be doing more, being someone different, or proving something. (Oy! Right?!)
(To listen to the audio, just click over to this page, scroll down, and hit “play” on the audio player.)

If you’ve ever grappled with that feeling of “not enough” or “not worthy,” or any of the myriad others ways ole Squawky Polly brain tries to make us feel bad about ourselves, then I hope this audio today might bring you the comfort of knowing you are not alone.
Trish and I are keeping you company!

In this audio Tricia and I take a closer look at what happens when we look that “not enoughness” or “not worthiness” square in the face.
What happens when we reach our arms around to hold it all?
Is it possible that we can take a deep breath and find some acceptance?
Maybe we accept the paradoxes within us just like we accept the jarring roar of the motorcycle alongside the calming ocean waves?
Listen and let me know what you think, okay? Where does our conversation take you inside of yourself?

I see you.
I see your generous heart.
I see the ways you care and how you offer love.
As always, I’m grateful to you for being on this journey with me.
As Ram Dass says, “We are all just walking each other home.”
You don’t have to do it alone!
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
