Today, I send you the scent of pine, cinnamon, and clove.

I send you the memories of childhood friends and board games and silly giggles.

I send you a pause, a breath, a moment to stand still as you watch the white bunny hop across the field.

This week, I’m challenging you to think about the month of December. It is the last month of the year. It is the holiday season.

What do you want this season to be like? Will you allow yourself to pause before jumping into December feet first?

Will you consider whether there might be some new ways of doing things so you might feel more restful , more peaceful, more connected? Maybe you will let go of certain obligations? Maybe you will ask for help?

Maybe you will choose a lighter load to carry?

Please listen to today’s audio and let yourself dream about ways to make the ending of 2021 feel like you would like it.

During the holidays, there can be so many pulls to be and do certain things that are what everyone else is doing or what you’ve always done. There can be voices in our heads telling us which way to go, what to say, how to be.

I’d like you to take a pause and give yourself some room to think about “How do I want to end this year feel strong, happy, and peaceful?” What will support me?

Will you do that?

Let yourself be open to celebrating the winter season in new ways that will help you start 2022 feeling replenished and invigorated.

This month does not have to leave you stressed, exhausted, and in debt. You can choose your own holiday culture!

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry
