Hello beautiful friend,
Today I send you a quiet corner, a cozy chair, a cup of tea.
I send you a friend, her hand on your shoulder.
I send you a small yellow-white-brown bird who flits on the patio, seeking seeds.
Welcome to your Sunday audio LoveGram.
In today’s LoveGram, we are talking about the all-of-it-ness of being human.
We are talking about how joy can be like a rainbow or the rain — not one or the other.
We are talking about allowing ourselves to say what is true in a way that is kind and nonjudgmental — of ourselves or others.
We are talking about allowing.
We are talking about finding home, together, when we are lost.

In today’s audio LoveGram, I tell you about a sweet book called “The Boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse.” (I love that the title uses some uppercase and also some lowercase, as if the author is saying, “mistakes are absolutely fine, my dear!”)
In this tiny book there is fear and loneliness and wisdom and love and connection. There are four creatures, finding their way home together. Just like us.
You know how I always quote Ram Dass, “We are all just walking each other home.” (Where do I put the question mark in a sentence like that? Hmmm).
What I mean by “home,” is home to ourselves. Home base. Home in our own hearts and in our own lives.
That sweet art up above about “home” is from the book.
Let’s walk with one another, okay?
I know you.
I see your generous heart.
I see your ups and downs (and all-arounds!)
I applaud you for being exactly YOU.
(The people in your life love you for this, too. Never try to hide yourself, okay? Pinkie promise?)
Come home to yourself.
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
P.S. The song at the start of this audio is “Hallelujah,” by Jeff Buckley. Isn’t it gorgeous?
P.P.S. Join me for a free workshop this Friday, December 16th at 10am PT/1pm ET. Hosted by Reimagine.
