The very first Love List I ever created was back in 1988.
My mom was turning 50 and I wanted to do something special for her. The idea dropped in to tell her all the reasons I loved her.
I planned on writing 50 things, but before I knew it, I had 100!
I typed up the list on a piece of colored stationary that I bought at a local store. It wasn’t that fancy, but my heart was 100% in it.
Creating that Love List transformed my relationship with my mom. It helped me see her for who she really was and to truly appreciate her in a new way.
And now, look what’s happened! Thanks to my mom, I’m on a mission to inspire 1,000,000 Love Lists!!
