Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
I’m grateful to sit across this virtual table from you every Sunday.
You inspire me to see more, feel more, and experience more of the whole range of being human.
Today, I send you crisp green grapes, sweet and sour in the same bite.
I send you a sassy vocalist with a flowery retro look.
I send you unexpected kind words from a stranger on the bus.

Today’s audio LoveGram opens with a little sass, courtesy of Tabitha Meeks and her song “Girl of the Hour.”
It also comes with a simple practice I learned from my mentor, Brendon Burchard: choosing three words to describe how we want to show up.
For a difficult conversation, those words might be confident, centered, and open. For meeting new people, perhaps present, curious, and playful.
One of my coaching clients recently chose the word zesty, and it made me smile. What a wonderful quality to invite into a day!
It got me thinking about how much we need little moments of playfulness—especially when we’re carrying something heavy.
At a grief summit where I volunteered this week, there were moments of humor woven into deeply tender conversations. Those little pockets of laughter gave us room to breathe.
Grief and lightness can share the same room.
Sometimes a small joke in the grocery store or a playful exchange with a stranger becomes a little bit of medicine. A gift we can offer one another as we carry the hard stuff.
I share more on today’s audio.
We explore how a few simple words can help us remember who we want to be, and how a little levity might help us along the way.

What three words would you like to live into this coming week?
Maybe one of them could be playful. Or sassy. Or zesty.
Remember, as Ram Dass says, “We are all just walking each other home.” Thank you for walking with me.
I’m grateful we get to bring each other a little light along the way.
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
xo Sherry
