Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
I appreciate you so much for being here with me.
You help me to show up and look for the pinpricks of light — even when the room feels the darkest.
💥💓💥
Today’s LoveGram is being sent on Mother’s Day here in the United States.
I am experiencing a big season of grief and loss right now. But at the same time, I can also feel such a tremendous well of gratitude in my heart for my wonderful mom and my amazing son.
On the audio today, I talk about how essential it is when we are going through a hard time to lean into the places where the light and love are strong.
💥💓💥
Mother’s Day can be a hard day for so many. If you are grieving your own mom or another mom you loved, if you are grieving a child or if your child is ill, if you are estranged from your mom or child, if you wanted to have children, but couldn’t, if you are a single mom who is exhausted, if you have any sadness associated with this holiday, I want to send you a huge hug.
Anyone who is feeling sad or grieving today, I am thinking of you.
If you are celebrating your own mom or your own child/children today, I also send you a huge hug. I hope you feel loved and celebrated.
Please spend a few moments thinking about someone in your life who might be having a hard time. Reach out to them. Offer a few words of comfort. Let them know they are not alone.
Holidays like this can be wonderful. They can also be filled with grief. I honor and love you, no matter what today is for you.
Scroll down to the purple box at the bottom of the page. You can hear more about the connections we can make to ourselves and to others!

I appreciate you and am grateful for who you are and how you show up for your life and for the people you love — and for me.
We are all just walking each other home. (Thank you Ram Dass for this quote.)
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
