Hello Delightful You!
Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram. I’m grateful that you are here with me, week after week, to have conversations that matter.

Today, I send you the warmth of your best friend’s voice when she says “Hello!”
I send you a turtle on a twig in a large pond.
I send you the sweet and spicy taste of cinnamon on your crunchy granola.

Today’s LoveGram was inspired by two beautiful connections with my friend Becky the other day. I really love that they’re very, very simple, and yet they had such a profound impact on me—so much so that I’m still talking about them.
As often happens when you and I are talking here on the LoveGrams, it’s not the biggest things that make the biggest difference. Sometimes it’s the smallest!
In this case, I received a short video in a text from Becky on Friday afternoon. She was off on a hike in this beautiful landscape and she thought of me.
To boot, she not only thought of me, but she thought to take a video and leave me a message to let me know she was thinking of me!
I happened to be in kind of a low place at the moment when I received that, and can you imagine? It made all the difference in the world.
Say it now. Say it now. Say it now.
It was a simple, loving gesture. It probably took her a minute or two to do, and yet the impact was so huge.
And then the second piece of this is that I was so delighted by that video that I picked up the phone and called her—which I never do. I never just call people out of the blue—and she picked up!
We ended up having this amazing connection that happened in the moment. It just felt so alive because it was spontaneous, and we both were simply showing up.
I keep thinking about how easily both of these moments could have passed us by.
Becky could have thought of me without sending the video. I could have smiled when I received it without picking up the phone.
But because we each acted on that impulse to connect, something meaningful and memorable came to life between us.
I tell you more about this on today’s audio, exploring what it is that’s so at the core of “Say It Now.” I hope you will listen in.

I appreciate you and am grateful for who you are and how you show up for your life and for the people you love.
Who is on your mind right now? If you can, don’t wait.
Send the text. Make the call. Say the loving thing. You never know how much that small gesture might mean!
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
xo Sherry
