Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
Thank you for being here with me, talking about things that matter.
I appreciate you.
I am grateful for your loving heart.

Today’s LoveGram is all about grief. And love. And how I heard someone say, “grief and love are the same entity.”
I believe they are.
There’s a woman I learned about from Anderson Cooper’s podcast, “All There Is,” who is not only bringing food and supplies to her neighbors in Minneapolis, MN who are sheltering in place because they are afraid, but she is also leading huge groups of community members in circling the neighborhood, singing.
Yes, singing.
Sarina Partridge walks the neighborhood leading groups of people in songs that can bring comfort to people who are afraid.
She says, “This community is full of terrified people who feel so alone. Our singing tells them they are not alone.”
Sarina added, “Song creates a container that holds us. It allows the grief to move through us. It reminds us that belong in community and we are stronger together.”
I was so touched to hear about her. I’ve linked to the episode below. (Hopefully it will still be posted when you pop over! I’m not sure how long they stay up.)
In today’s audio, I tell you more about the two sides of the coin, grief and love.
