Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
Thank you to all of you sweet souls who have been sending notes of love and support to me.
I’m grateful for you.
I hope you can see how kind and loving you are.

Today’s LoveGram is being sent to you with truckloads of love — and no audio attachment.
This has been a season of grief for me. And just two days ago our family experienced another death. It has been pretty overwhelming to have a front row seat to four deaths in the last few months.
As a form of self care, instead of creating an audio, which takes a certain kind of energy I simply don’t have at the moment, I want to share a recent conversation I had with Kim Rosen, author of “Saved by a Poem” and creator of the upcoming workshop, “Death’s Door.”
In this conversation, Kim and I talk a lot about how we can turn toward that which is fearful, scary, or unsettling. We talk about finding our way through grief rather than trying to push it away or hide from it. We talk about “everyday deaths” and practicing softening around what is hard for us.
It is a beautiful conversation, filled with compassion and grace. If you are facing hardship or loss of any kind, I think it will bring you comfort.
Here is the link to our conversation. You can listen without watching it if you want the audio LoveGram experience.

I appreciate you and am grateful for your kind and compassionate heart.
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
xo Sherry
