Hello Delightful You!

Welcome to your audio LoveGram.

I love our Sunday time together, exploring the world around us and talking about what matters!

Thank you to each of you who reached out over the last couple weeks to send me some love as my dear Kitty Zoey was dying.

Thank you for being here with me. It matters a lot. YOU MATTER.

Today’s audio LoveGram is a conversation about how fleeting life can be. Zoey’s passing, in combination with a day trip to visit my mom’s place of birth, have left me reflecting deeply on this transient human experience.

I hope my message today gives you a tiny pause to remember that we don’t know how much time any of us has on this planet.

We also don’t have any guarantee that people we love will be with us tomorrow.

I don’t say that to be morbid or depressing, but rather as a reminder that we can CHOOSE to show up fully and to be present and grateful.

Intention is one of my favorite words. Can we bring more intention to the moments of our lives? Can we create meaningful and memorable moments for ourselves and the people we love?

In today’s audio I share just a little about the gift of taking someone we love to someplace they loved. My son and I took my mom to the town where she was born, where her dad owned a coffee house, and where she has so many happy childhood memories. That trip was a gift to her. And to us!

Thanks for being here with me. I appreciate you and am grateful for your kind and compassionate heart.

P.S. I’m sharing this link one more time for anyone who missed it. Here is a link to some free audio books by my spiritual teacher, Cheri Huber. I listen to these when I wake up in the middle of the night and feel alone, scared, regretful, or doubting. Maybe you will find some comfort in them, too.
