Hello Delightful You!
Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
I love our Sunday time together, exploring the world around us and talking about what matters. I love that I can talk to you about the “everything” of life — the joy + the grief + the swirls of both at once.
No matter how you are feeling today as you read this, please know that you are loved. I send you hugs. I send you appreciation for showing up to be with me.

Today we are talking about the hard stuff. We’re talking about how normal it is to be human to and to feel the whole range of emotions — sadness, discouragement, disappointment, envy, fear, anger, grief.
In this audio LoveGram I share with you some helpful tools around being with the hard stuff in life.
My friend and fellow coach, Shawn Buttner, and I host a monthly circle in which we give people space to talk about the hard stuff and to support one another.
Some really simple, but profound tools came up in our conversation yesterday in this circle. I share them with you in the audio.
[Spoiler alert] Here’s a simple and powerful prescription for when things are hard: know that I am struggling, be okay with that, ask for help.

Thanks for being here with me. I appreciate you and am grateful for your kind and compassionate heart.
I’m here with you, no matter what.
YOU MATTER.
And thanks for caring about things that matter.
We are all just walking each other home, as Ram Dass beautifully said.
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
xo Sherry
💖 P.S. Here’s a link to the conversation I had with Shawn Buttner about allowing ourselves to be with the hard stuff.
💖 P.P.S. Here’s a link for four downloadable audio books from my spiritual teacher, Cheri Huber. These audios are wonderful to listen to when I am having a hard time. Maybe they will support you, too.
💖 P.P.P.S. In my audio I share with you that the hard stuff (REALLY hard stuff) I am going through right now is that my sweet kitty, Zoey, pictured above, is transitioning out of this world. We’ve had her for 16 years and she is the most loving and lovable cat. Please send good thoughts her way, okay?
