How are you, my friend?
I’m thinking of you on this Thursday afternoon and am popping by with a quick hello.
I hope you are having a good day so far. If you are, please share your joy with someone. A smile or friendly text can go a long way toward brightening someone’s day.
If you are having a hard time, practice reaching out to someone you love and trust.
Sharing our sorrows or troubles is not a burden on others. People want to be there for us. And sometimes those challenging feelings pass through much more quickly when we speak them in a safe space.
We are all here for each other. Trust that you are loved and you belong!

Did you listen to Sunday’s audio LoveGram?
If you missed it, you can listen here.
I just wanted to remind you of something I shared:
if you are having a hard time, all you ever have to do is face the light. You just need to take the smallest step in that direction.
If you turn your face toward the sun, you are beginng your journey home to your heart.

I send you love today, my friend.
You are not alone.
We’re all in this together.
We are all just walking each other home, as Ram Dass said so beautifully.
Thanks for who you are and for your beautiful spirit.
Seek celebration — even in the dark corners,
