How are you, my friend? I’m sending you some Friday love.
Whether you are feeling buoyant or blue, you are loved.
Whether you need a pick-me-up or you have lots of get-up-and-go, you are loved.
No matter how this week is going, I know that you are doing your best and you can let everything go that weighs you down — even for just this moment.

As this week comes to a close, I wanted to share just a few things that have been top of mind — and nestled in my heart.
I’m sharing three recent projects from my world—each one a different kind of support for you and your life. If something catches your eye or sparks a bit of curiosity, I hope you will click through to learn more:
1. An unexpected place to find joy:
In my latest article published in Kind Over Matter, I explore how making end-of-life plans can bring peace, clarity, and connection now —while we’re very much alive. It is also the best last gift we can give the people we love. Believe it or not, it can be a joyful process!
Read, “Planning for Death is a Life Affirming Act” here.
2. Busting anxiety when life feels uncertain:
I joined two inspiring wellness authors to share real, doable practices that help ease anxiety in everyday life. We shared lots of simple ideas for soothing ourselves — and others— during these uncertain and kinda rocky times.

3. Fun, fresh ways to offer kindness:
Today, Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer and I launched our latest Secret Agents of Change Mission: Legacy Effect. This mission, should you choose to accept it, asks that you put on your Ripple Vision Deep Dive Readers and see beyond the surface of things. It’s all about looking deeper to find and express appreciation.

I hope one of these resources brings you some peace, calm, or joy.
You are a good-hearted, loving person who wants to live a good life.
I see you. I know you.
Thanks for who you are.
Thanks for being by my side.
Will you appreciate yourself right now, no matter what’s happening in your life or how you feel?
Seek celebration — even in the dark corners,
