How are you, my friend?

I’m thinking of you on this Friday afternoon and am popping by with a quick hello.

I hope you are having a good day so far. If you are, please share your joy with someone.

If you are having a hard time, practice reaching out to someone you love and trust.

Sharing our sorrows or troubles is not a burden on others. People want to be there for us. And sometimes those challenging feelings pass through much more quickly when we speak them in a safe space.

We are all here for each other!

💥💓💥

I see you.

I see your beautiful spirit.

I see your generous heart.

I see your grief and despair and longing.

I see your sweet spirit.

I see your possibility — all the open doors.

I see the flowers that spring outta your hair.

I see the messy spills and missed connections.

I see the moments of stutter and sputter and strain.

I see when your sunny light shines again.

I see your leaps — and falls.

And I love you through it all.

Please never underestimate the pure beauty and joy of who you are, even when it seems like no one is looking.

And even when you feel uncertain, ungainly, or unkempt.

You are seen and loved, always.

Your legacy is alive in this moment, pulsing through you with every lovely breath.

You are beautiful.

Know it. See it. Feel it.

💥💓💥

I send you love today, my friend.

We’re all in this together.

We are all just walking each other home, as Ram Dass said so beautifully.

Thanks for who you are and for your beautiful spirit.

Seek celebration — even in the dark corners,

xo Sherry
