Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.

I hope that 2025 has started off well for you.

No matter, what please remember to be gentle and kind to yourself. It can be hard to transition from the hectic holidays to the quieter days of January. All those bright lights and fancy holiday treats can suddenly feel so far away when the first week of January arrives.

Go easy on yourself! Transitions can be difficult.

If the days have been hard, try to reach out for some help. If you are feeling good, look around and see who might need some of your bright light.

Remember, we’re like that proverbial “vee” of geese. Sometimes one of us has more energy and strength than the others. In those times, we lead. Other times, it is perfectly fine to lag behind a bit and catch someone else’s tailwinds!

Today’s audio LoveGram is look at what can sustain us through good times and bad — our connections to others.

I recorded this audio for you yesterday morning, while I was still crunching in the snow as I walked in my mom’s neighborhood.

Being with my mom and with many friends and family in December reminded me of how essential these connections are.

The people in our lives are like a treasure chest where we keep all our riches.

Today’s audio invites you to think about how you can feel connected to people — even if they are far away or have passed away.

As well, I invite you to remember that YOU are also your own treasure. The biggest, thickest lifeline is the one to your own heart. Never forget that!

Thanks for being here with me. I appreciate you and am grateful for your kind, sweet heart.

Be gentle with yourself and others as we continue to turn this corner into 2025.

As Ram Dass said, and as I like to repeat: We are all just walking each other home.

I’m here with you. You are not alone. None of us are.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
