Welcome to your weekly LoveGram.

As we enter December, and the winter holiday season, I send you peacefulness, simplicity, and quiet joy. I send the sound of tinkling bells and a belief in the magic of friendship.

Thank you for being here. And for your clear, kind heart. I see you.

Today’s audio LoveGram  is inspired by a phrase I heard earlier this week by David Brooks in a conversation about “What Makes a Meaningful Life.”

Brooks talked about “resumé virtues” and “eulogy virtues.” That conversation got me thinking about what really matters and how do we get ourselves to pause long enough to take the road that means most to us.

Sometimes we just head off in certain directions because that’s just what is done or what people around us are doing.

The holidays might be one of those times.

Today’s audio invites you to think about what matters most to YOU and who you want to be.

Thanks for being here with me. I appreciate you and am grateful for your inspiration and connection.

Don’t forget, if you are feeling happy and strong, please offer a pinprick of light to someone who needs it.

If you are having a hard time, reach out and ask for help. It isn’t easy, but it will lighten things for you.

Be good to yourself and everyone you meet.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
