Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
Today I send you a polka-dotted umbrella you want to use rain, snow, or shine.
I send you a thick quilt, a fire, and one of those books you can’t put down.
I send you a smile from someone you love β so simple and so profound all at once.
Thank you for being here with me for what matters in life.

Today’s audio LoveGram is a nod to the London subway station signs that say, “Mind the Gap.” (If youβve ever visited London, you may remember the iconic βMind the Gapβ warning signs posted to ensure that passengers donβt fall in the cracks between the train platform and the train itself!)
The gap I want you to mind is the one that is causing a lot of loneliness and isolation. It’s that strange gap between so many ways to connect via technology and the very real feeling of being truly and meaningfully connected.
Sometimes it is easy to forget that in between all of the choruses of “happy holidays” there are a lot of people feeling kind of sad.
Today’s message is a reminder to toss out a lifeline of love to anyone in your circle who might be grieving, lost, or lonely. AND, throw those lifelines β whenever you remember β to anyone you think of with love. It is important for them. AND for ourselves!
