Hello Delightful You!
Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
Today I send you that huge beaver supermoon, glowing with hope.
I send you my butterscotch tabby purr-purr-purring.
I send you a new book of fiction that you instantly love.
💥💓💥
Today’s audio LoveGram is about all the things that terrify us in life. And the sweetness in between.
It is about the old zen story of the man and the tigers and two mice and a cliff and … a strawberry.
Do you know that one? If not, not worries. I read it to you on today’s audio.
I also share a companion piece, a poem by Ellen Bass called, “Relax.”

Being human is not for the faint of heart!
Maybe we never have to face a real tiger, but it likely there will be some of those super scary or grief-filled tiger-like times of our lives. During those times, we gotta remember to find a stepping stone to someplace that feels safe.
Even if it is just a small strawberry.
If you are having a challenging time, hold on tightly and try to look around for a teeny sweet something to soothe yourself.
If you are feeling strong and able, please look around for someone who might need a hand. Offer one, okay?
We’re all in this together. Tigers and mice and strawberries, oh my!
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
