Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
Today I send you the crisp fall leaves, turning from green to gold to beautiful rust.
I send you a piece of homemade apple pie with vanilla ice-cream on top.
I send you a good book, a cozy sweater, and a feeling of peacefulness in your belly.

Today’s audio LoveGram was inspired by my morning exercises when I thought about my grandpa and how he would lie on his back, doing “bicycles” in the air — all the way up until his elder years!
When I asked my mom if she remembered that, she said she sure did. And, she added, “I think of my mom every time I get the rolling pin out to make a pie.”
These connections are no small thing.
On today’s LoveGram, we explore what it means to intentionally weave a web of love and memories that include people who are still in our lives as well as those who have passed away.
It’s so important to surround ourselves with love — in a kaleidoscope of ways.

As you go about your days, consider ways that you can make connections to people you love.
If you pass a restaurant where you’ve eaten with your best friend, pause to send her a text or voice memo to let her know she’s on your mind.
If you hear a song that reminds you of your brother, capture a snippet on audio and send it to him.
How can you weave your loved ones into the daily tapestry of your life?
I know you are here because you are always thinking about ways to love better and to feel more connected to people in your life!
Let me know if you have any idea sparks after listening to today’s LoveGram, okay?
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
