How are you, my friend?

I’m thinking of you and popping by with a quick hello.

I hope you are having a good day so far. If you are, please share your joy with someone.

If you are having a hard time, practice reaching out. Sharing our sorrows or troubles is not a burden on others. People want to be there for us. And sometimes those challenging feelings pass through much more quickly when we speak them in a safe space.

Just like we want to support people we love, know that others also want to be there for us.

When we reach out and ask for help it is a way of CONNECTING deeply to others.

And we all want that, right? Connection is a huge part of being human.

I was thinking of you just now and I wanted to connect. Something simple. Just so you know you are on my mind.

This quote is beautiful to me. In a world that can be filled with such hard stuff and difficulty, we can take the time to look around and rest our eyes on something or someone we LOVE.

We can feel more alive by focusing on love — whether it is a beautiful orange-leafed tree, a happy dog playing with a stick, the laughter of a child, or a smile from a neighbor.

We’re all in this together. Let’s look for and create some love. Try it right now and see if you feel a little more life in you!

Thanks for who you are and for your beautiful spirit.

Seek celebration — even in the dark corners,
