Welcome to your weekly audio LoveGram.
Thank you for sharing in conversation with me!
I’m happy you are here. You make my life better.
I love that we are “all just walking each other home,” as Ram Dass so beautifully said. We are supporting each other through all the ups and downs and all-arounds!

Today’s audio LoveGram was (obviously!) inspired by the Olympics, which kicked off in Paris on Friday.
And ooh-la-la what a spectacle that was. In case you missed it, there were happy athletes in fun outfits gleefully dancing and waving flags from boats floating down the Seine! There were acrobatics and moving sculptures. There was rain, rain rain, which instead of dampening anyone’s spirits, seemed to bring a touch of magic! There was a crazy beautiful “hot air balloon” to house the cauldron with the Olympic flame.
All of this took place against the backdrop of a lit-up and colorful-as-ever Paris.
The fanfare itself may or may not have been your cup of tea. However, I imagine that like me, you couldn’t help but be touched by the spirit of the Olympics — the way the world comes together to celebrate mastery, dedication, and excellence.
In today’s audio LoveGram we are celebrating the JOY of discovering something that matters to us and being intentional about living in a way that helps us become masterful.
What is it that matters to YOU so much that you want to devote your precious hours to it and to become more excellent?
Maybe it is parenting? Maybe it is music? Maybe it is dance? Maybe it is cooking? Maybe it is travel or knitting or puzzle making?
It doesn’t matter what the “what” is that you love. I am asking you to please make sure that this thing that matters most to you gets a lot of intentional air time in your life!
