Hello Delightful You!

Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.

I’m still off traveling, however I wanted to cue up another audio for you to keep us connected while I am away.

Thank you for being here and inspiring me to think more deeply about how to celebrate life in the truest sense — moment to moment with people we love.

Never forget: YOU MATTER. You do!

💥💓💥

Today’s audio LoveGram starts off with an old song by John Denver, “Leaving on a Jet Plane.” As soon as I heard the first few chords, I felt that bittersweet tug on my heart.

I’m creating this LoveGram for you on the day before I leave on a big trip. I’ll be traveling with my son and also with a dear friend from college. I’ll also be visiting my beloved mom!

For me, there is always a mix of complicated feelings when I am traveling. Maybe that is the same for you. And maybe not!

If we let it, moments of transition can be times that we take a pause and allow ourselves to transcend the ordinary just for a tiny bit.

We can get that “35,000 feet in the air” perspective on our lives. (That perspective airplanes invite in!)

My audio LoveGram for you today is an exploration of how we invite in and allow ourselves to feel that tiny bittersweet pause that happens when we remember that we are human beings who are here on this planet for a relatively short time.

What matters to you? WHO matters to you?

How do you give yourself space to remember?

Thank you for being here with me on this journey. I appreciate you so much! We’re all in this together.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry
