Hello Delightful You!
Today I send you an open door, something wonderful on the other side.
I send you a leaf on the sidewalk in the shape of a slightly-torn heart.
I send you the store clerk who always has a smile and a joke.
Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
I’m so glad you are here with me. And I am glad to be here with you, too!

Today’s audio LoveGram was inspired by a conversation I had the other day with my friend, Michelle. We were asking each other what we thought the definition of “success” was in our own lives.
Sometimes, as young people, we are told by others what success means. Often those definitions might be based in the other person’s values or aspirations — or fears.Â
Today, I encourage you to get quiet for a moment and open the door to your own definition of success. Or, as I like to think of it, “your good life.”Â
In the audio, which I hope you will listen to as you are walking in nature or resting on the couch, you will hear a poem that may be quite familiar to you. I invite you to listen with fresh ears.Â
Mary Oliver asks us, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”Â
That line has become woven into so many articles and talks. You may feel as if it has become overused or cliche such that it has lost its zest.Â
I encourage you to practice beginner’s mind. Are you able to hear that line as if for the first time?Â
What does YOUR heart desire? What values mean most to YOU? What curiosity do YOU want to follow?Â
You get to decide. You choose your own definitions.Â

Thanks for being here with me.Â
I appreciate you and am grateful for your kind, sweet heart.Â
As Ram Dass said, and as I like to repeat often: We are all just walking each other home.Â
I’m here with you.Â
YOU MATTER. Never forget that.Â
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
