I’m glad you are here.
Today I send you two baby squirrels, scurrying up an elm tree.
I send you chai tea, sweet with clove and cardamom.
I send you a warm breeze mid-day that smells fresh and feels good on your beautiful face.
Thank you for being here. I appreciate you! You inspire me.

In today’s LoveGram we are continuing our conversation from the email I sent you on Friday about “purpose.”
Purpose can be as large or as tiny as YOU choose!
Purpose can be being the best mom possible, the funniest person on your block, the one who bakes for the school’s events, or the kindest person in the grocery store.
My friend, Rosemerry, posted a poem that spoke about kindness. It prompted me to muse a bit more about my own purpose. You can hear more and consider this question for yourself by tuning in to the LoveGram.

I’m grateful to Rosemerry for sharing this poem yesterday:
The Arrival
After I drove six hours
she welcomed me at the door
of her home
with a pair of slippers
and a glass of water—
there are many languages
I want to learn to speak fluently.
Kindness, most of all.

I’m grateful to YOU for being here.
Please know that you matter.
Your showing up and sharing in these conversations makes a difference to me.
As Ram Dass said, “We are all just walking each other home.”
No matter where you are in the world, we are holding hands as we traverse the ups and downs. Together.
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
xo Sherry
