Hello Delightful You!

Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.

This week I’m sending extra love to anyone impacted by the horrendous fires in Los Angeles. It is heartbreaking to witness the terror and loss.

As well, I know that there are people all over this planet who are grieving losses of all kinds right now. May we all support and care for another as best we can. May no one feel alone in their grief.

May those of us who are healthy and well find ways to share our love and resources. May we share the light with those who need it.

Thank you for being here. And for your clear, kind heart. I see you.

Today’s audio LoveGram is inspired by a poem I printed out from Rattle earlier this week.

I didn’t actually know what it was about this poem that spoke to me until I began speaking to YOU about it in today’s LoveGram.

Sometimes we need to take a pause so we can hear our thoughts.

Sometimes we need to be in conversation with people with trust and love in order to understand what we are feeling.

Today’s audio invites you to think about what it means to let your own perfectly imperfect life nurture you.

What does it mean to love the life you have — not the one you were expecting?!

Thanks for being here with me. I appreciate you and am grateful for your inspiration and connection.

Be good to yourself and everyone you meet.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry

💖 P.S. You can read the poem, “French Omelet,” on Rattle.
