Hey there, beautiful friend!

I’m grateful to be here with you on another Sunday.

Thank you for showing up and sharing in this journey. I know there is so much going on — in your life and in the world.

I know you, like me, are holding all of the grief of the world and all of the beauty of the world.

I know you, like me, are always trying to stay steady. To give some light and love when possible. To get quiet when you need to hide a little. To ask for help when necessary.

That’s kind of what my audio LoveGram is about today: taking care of our own tender hearts and those of the people around us.

💥💓💥

Welcome to your Sunday audio LoveGram.

If you read my email the other day, “Light in the Night,” I talked about how it is essential to take care of ourselves in order to have the strength and energy to care for others.

So, today’s audio LoveGram is an extension of that conversation.

We’re talking about our tender hearts — yours, mine, the person on the bus next to you.  In my audio, I offer some thoughts about how we can care for all these hearts.

I hope you will listen to the audio. However, if you don’t have the time or energy this week, I understand.

I think it all comes down to this:

In the face of so much violence and grief and being human-ness, we have to remember that we never know what someone else is going through. If we have the capacity to give a little bit of light and love, let’s do it. More often.

If we are exhausted and depleted ourselves, we have to ask for help. We have to push past the uncomfortableness. More often.

There is so much beauty and goodness on this planet. And there is also an infinite number of hard things.

Let’s just do our best to care for ourselves and each other, okay?

Let’s make LOVE and LIGHT priorities in our lives.

💥💓💥

I see your generous heart.

I know you want to be there for people you love.

I know you are doing the best you can.

Just. Keep. Going.

The light is there. I promise.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry

P.S. Remember, If YOU are going through a hard time please reach out to someone. Don’t hide. Your courage and vulnerability in asking for a boost of love will likely inspire others to do the same when they need it! We all need to practice this together.
