Hello Beautiful Friend!

Welcome to your audio LoveGram.

Thank you for being here, across the virtual table from me, sipping coffee (or tea!) as we talk about things that matter.

Thank you to every one of you, sweet peas, who have been sending notes of love and support to me. It means so much.

I’m grateful for you. I hope you can see how kind and loving you are.

Today, do something extra loving for yourself, okay?

And listen, don’t ever underestimate how much it can mean to someone to receive a few words of love. I assure you, it makes a huge difference!

Say it now, please!

Today’s audio Love Gram

is about how we take care of ourselves and tend to our own needs, while at the same time wanting to show up as present and loving as we can for the people around us.

For many people, the holidays might mean traveling to visit friends and family. It might mean spending a lot of time with someone you don’t see often. It might mean navigating how to hold your own stuff (grief, loss, disappointment, illness) while also giving energy and love to others.

It can be tricky!

If you’ve ever done yoga, you might know that feeling of being asked to focus on one area of your body and at the same time also release another area of your body. Sometimes it feels impossible to keep both in our awareness. But we do.

That’s what I’m asking you today.

Can you take care of yourself in all the ways that feel important, while also showing up with love, care, patience, and presence for people around you?

I know you can!

I appreciate you and am grateful for your kind and compassionate heart.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

💝 P.S. I love you!

💝 P.P.S. Here’s a link to a conversation I had with Sonja Jeanne who spent a decade caring for her beloved mother. In this short conversation on YouTube, Sonja shares her best tip for being present with someone during their final days. I wanted to share this with you because we can take Sonja’s guidance and put it into action way before someone we love is at the final stages of their life. Let’s love our best NOW.
