Welcome to your Sunday Audio LoveGram.
Today I send you a pink-streaked sky and warm breeze.
I send you a favorite burnt-orange mug with steaming coffee.
I send you tulips, dahlias, or peonies.

Today’s audio LoveGram is about remembering who we want to be — especially in relation to others.
It is about choosing words that describe how we’d like to be and summoning those parts of ourselves — rather than letting ole Squawky Polly brain lead us down dark hallways and into scary rabbit holes!
This is not a practice of squashing our feelings or hiding behind a facade.
When I was recording to you, I heard myself saying this: “It isn’t about pretending to be someone else; it is about remembering who we really are.

I’ve been practicing this a lot lately by choosing words that describe how I want to be when I meet a friend or attend a meeting. This is a tool I learned from Brendon Burchard, as part of my coaching training.
Frequently, I will choose three words and repeat them to myself over and over, while trying to feel their meaning.

I’m so grateful to be here with you every week. It really does feel like we are sitting across a table from one another. I imagine your face and can almost hear you responding!
YOU are such a good person. You have a beautiful heart.
I know that because you are here, showing up for a conversation about how to be more connected to yourself and to the people in your life.
I see you.
Thanks for being here with me!
Be good to yourself and those around you, okay?
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
xo Sherry
