Welcome to your Sunday Audio LoveGram.

Today I send you a lilac lily boldly blooming.

I send you a a just-picked peach and maybe some fresh peach pie.

I send you a grassy field, awaiting a picnic of brie, bread, and olives.

Today’s audio LoveGram is a continued conversation from Friday’s Celebration Moment, in which we were talking about how to celebrate the bumpy moments of our lives.

If you missed the “Beautiful Bumps,” celebration you can find it here!

Listen, my friend, we are human beings in human bodies living on a beautiful and sorrowful planet. We aren’t meant to be like Barbie dolls, smiles plastered on our faces.

We are meant to feel alive and to give ourselves permission for the whole range of feelings.

I want you to accept and embrace ALL of who you are and All of what you feel!

In today’s audio, I remind us all of being courageous enough to ask for a listening ear or shoulder to cry on when we need it.

I also remind us that when we are exuberant and joyful ourselves, to look around and see if someone around us might need a boost.

💥💓💥

I start today’s audio LoveGram with Carole King’s song, “You’ve Got a Friend.”

And this LoveGram is a tribute to my friend, Trish, who is pictured up above and who always welcomes all parts of me — not just the sparkly happy ones.

PLEASE — never forget how much YOU MATTER. And how much you deserve to reach out when you need a hand. And how much you have to give to others.

You do!

YOU are goodness. You have a beautiful heart.

I know that.

I see that in you.

I hope you do, too.

Thanks for being here with me! Be good to yourself and those around you, okay?

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry
