Hello Delightful You!

Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.

I love our Sunday time together, exploring the world around us and talking about what matters!

I missed you last week when I was working at an event in Austin. But it feels good to be back with you today.

💥💓💥

I have a wonderful intimate group coaching circle called “Olly Olly Oxen Free.” (Some of you may remember this from childhood, if you are around my age! When we played “Hide-‘n-go-seek,” that phrase meant “It is safe to come out of hiding.”

I love the idea of each and every one of us feeling SAFE to live out loud in whatever ways feel true to us!

Today’s audio is offered with gratitude to my Olly Olly group because we met earlier this week and I’m still thinking about some of the things we talked about!

In my audio today, I share with you a beautiful poem by Danusha Laméris called “Small Kindnesses.”

There’s a line in her poem that reads, “We have so little of each other, now. So far from tribe and fire. Only these brief moments of exchange.

In the LoveGram I also share some of the ideas my Olly Olly group and I came up with for engaging just a little more with people in the world. I explore how to have more of those beautiful brief moments.

Thanks for being here with me. I appreciate you and am grateful for your kind and compassionate heart.

I’m here with you, no matter what.

YOU MATTER.

And thanks for caring about things that matter!

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry
