Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.

Thank you for being here with me.

You inspire me to show up each week.

You encourage me to keep looking for and talking about ways that we can experience the world with as much love and meaning as possible.

 I appreciate your light.

 I love our connection.

 YOU MATTER!

Today’s LoveGram is a continuation of last week’s conversation about “faith.”

I’m so grateful to those of you who reached out to me to share some of your thoughts and insights on this topic.

I loved hearing from you!

One of the unexpected gifts of asking this question was realizing that faith doesn’t have to look the same for everyone.

It can be faith in God or a Higher Power. Faith in love. Faith in the kindness of strangers. Faith that our hearts can heal. Faith that even after a difficult season, something beautiful may still be making its way toward us.

It was interesting to see how many different connotations the word “faith” has for people. For some, it has religious meaning. For others, it is a secular term.

People brought up great questions about whether faith is different from trust or belief. How is faith associated with hope? How do we create, grow, or develop faith? Is it something we learn from others?

I don’t pretend to have the answers. I do love collecting questions that help us live more connected and more compassionate lives. Asking about faith is one of those questions for me.

In today’s audio, I share some of your beautiful wisdom, along with a few more reflections of my own.

Scroll down to listen.

I hope something in today’s conversation meets you exactly where you are.

More and more, I’m beginning to think that faith isn’t certainty. It’s choosing to keep our hearts open even when we don’t know what comes next.

Whatever faith means to you, I hope you have something that reminds you to keep going on the hard days—a person, a practice, a poem, a patch of sky, or simply the quiet knowing that you have survived every difficult day you’ve ever lived through.

What do YOU have faith in? How is it expressed in your life? I’d love to hear from more of you about this topic!

I appreciate you and am grateful for who you are and how you show up for your life and for the people you love — and for me.

Seek celebration — even in dark corners,

xo Sherry
