Hello Beautiful Friend!
Welcome to your Sunday LoveGram.
Thank you for being here with me. You inspire me to show up each week. You encourage me to keep looking for and talking about ways that we can love better.
I appreciate you.
I love our connection.
YOU MATTER!

Today’s LoveGram was inspired by a podcast I heard earlier this week. The host and guest were talking about the process of grief or hardship. When we are going through grief or a really hard time, how do we allow ourselves to truly feel the feelings so that we can move through them? How do we manage the weight of it all?
How do we not push things down, not ignore them, not try to Pollyanna our way out of them — but instead allow ourselves to really feel what we’re feeling?
I learned about the model, the “Loss and Restorative Process,” on this episode of End of Life University — I’ll make sure to link to that episode below.
The idea is that it’s perfectly normal to feel the big feelings and to deeply experience what we’re going through. But it’s also important to give ourselves times when we can offer our bodies relaxation, laughter, nature, or connection — something simpler than the intensity of the big feelings we’re carrying.
Lots of times people who are grieving feel guilty for their laughter or joy. Or vice versa: people think they shouldn’t be allowed to feel the hard stuff, so they lean into distraction and lightness.
The truth is, we need both.
In today’s audio LoveGram, we explore this a little more.

I appreciate you and am grateful for who you are and how you show up for your life and for the people you love.
Grieve fully. Rest freely. Trust the rhythm. Trust yourself.
Seek celebration — even in dark corners,
